About OnPoint Mobile
Dr. Patrick Asdell is a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine physician specializing in procedural Sports Medicine. He completed Family Medicine residency at Summa Health, where he served as Chief Resident and was elected Resident of the Year, before completing Sports Medicine Fellowship at Kettering Health.

Initial In-Person Evaluation – Starting at $225
Comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, functional assessment, and personalized treatment plan — delivered directly to your home, gym, office, or sideline. Diagnostic ultrasound evaluation and same-visit treatment options may be available when appropriate.
Follow-up Visit – $149
Focused follow-up care designed to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and keep you moving toward recovery and performance goals.
Evaluation + Ultrasound Guided Injections – Starting at $275
Precision-guided injections performed under real-time ultrasound visualization for improved accuracy, safety, and targeted pain relief.
PRP/Orthobiologics – Starting at $799
